L’IMPERTINENTE, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 534 376 041, whose registered office is at 71/73 rue de Provence, 75009 Paris, France (the “Promoter”), is running a prize draw entitled “Opening Night — The Big Night” (the “Prize Draw”) from 27 to 30 October 2026 inclusive. The Prize Draw is available on the website www.yse-paris.pro and on Ysé’s Instagram account @yse_paris.

The information provided by Participants in connection with the Prize Draw may be used by the Promoter under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. Overview

The Prize Draw is open to any individual who has reached the age of majority, has a valid email address or an Instagram account, and resides in mainland France or abroad, with the exception of permanent or temporary staff of the Promoter and its suppliers, and anyone who has had professional contact with the Promoter in connection with this Prize Draw (each a “Participant”).

To enter the Prize Draw, Participants must either:
- visit www.yse-paris.pro and go to the dedicated Prize Draw page; or
- visit Ysé’s Instagram account @yse_paris and go to the dedicated Prize Draw post.


On the website: between 27 and 30 October 2026 inclusive, Participants must fill in their details. By submitting the form, Participants will be subscribed to Ysé’s newsletter. Participants may only complete the dedicated page on the website once during the Prize Draw.


On Instagram: between 29 and 30 October 2026 inclusive, Participants must follow Ysé’s Instagram account and, on the dedicated post, tag two Instagram accounts other than their own in a comment.

2.2. Teilnahme- und Gültigkeitsbedingungen

Die Anmeldung unter falscher Identität, die Angabe falscher Informationen sowie die Anmeldung unter mehreren Identitäten führen zur Ungültigkeit der Teilnahme. Darüber hinaus werden Teilnahmen für ungültig erklärt, wenn sie unvollständig, fehlerhaft, gefälscht oder unter Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen erfolgt sind.

Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. They must confirm receipt of their prize by replying to the email or message within one week. If they do not reply, they may be contacted by telephone.

If they cannot be reached and have not replied within this period, they will forfeit the prize and new Participants may be drawn.

2 Winners will each receive an Ysé prize consisting of a lingerie set, a knit, and a dress or a top and bottoms from the Big Night collection. The prize has a maximum value of €400.

In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with another of an equivalent nature and value.

Winners may not claim the cash value of the prize or request to exchange it for other goods or services, even if they decide to decline it or withdraw from the Prize Draw. In that case, the prize will be forfeited.

Winners may be asked to provide proof of identity.

The Promoter will notify the Winners by email within 5 days of the draw on 2 November 2026.

The Promoter cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control, the notification is lost or fails to reach a Winner due to a technical malfunction or a change in contact details.

If a Winner does not confirm receipt of the notification or does not communicate their choice of products within the required period, they may be contacted by telephone. If they cannot be reached by any means, they will forfeit the prize.

By entering this Prize Draw, Participants authorise the Promoter and the Prize Draw Partners to publish the Winners’ names in any media, now known or developed in the future, and in any advertising or promotional activity relating to the Prize Draw, without this use giving rise to any payment or compensation other than the prizes provided.

Participants’ names and contact details may be processed electronically by the Promoter.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), Participants have the right at any time to access, rectify and erase their personal data, and to object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, Participants simply need to send a request by email to bonjour@yse-paris.pro, stating their contact details and enclosing a copy of their identity document.

For more information on how their personal data is processed, Participants are invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on www.yse-paris.pro.

The Promoter cannot be held liable if a person:

- experiences any kind of technical failure (line condition, power cut, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.);

- provides inaccurate or incomplete contact details that prevent them from being notified of their prize.

Taking part in the Prize Draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet and related technologies, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risk of interruption and, more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against misuse and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network.

Consequently, the Promoter cannot under any circumstances be held liable for, without limitation:

- the content of services consulted on the internet and, more generally, any information and/or data published on the services consulted on those sites;

- the transmission and/or receipt of any data and/or information over the internet;

- any malfunction of the internet preventing the Prize Draw from running properly;

- the failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;

- the loss of any post or email and, more generally, the loss of any data;

- delivery problems;

- the operation of any software;

- the consequences of any virus, software bug, anomaly or technical failure;

- any damage caused to a Participant’s computer or mobile phone;

- any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that has prevented or limited the ability to take part in the Prize Draw or has damaged a Participant’s system.

The Promoter cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Prize Draw, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting in any way from a connection to the internet.

Each Participant is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their equipment against any harm.

Each person connects to the internet and takes part in the Prize Draw entirely at their own risk.

The Promoter cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control, the Prize Draw is modified in part or in full, postponed or cancelled. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.

In any event, if the administrative and technical running of the Prize Draw is disrupted by a virus, software bug, unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to stop the Prize Draw.

These Terms and Conditions may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them from L’Impertinente at the following address: 71–73 rue de Provence, 75009 Paris, France. They are also available on the dedicated Prize Draw page at www.yse-paris.pro.

The Promoter may rely, in particular for evidential purposes, on any act, fact or omission, and on any programs, data, files, records, operations and other materials (such as tracking reports or other statements) created, received or kept directly or indirectly by the Promoter, in particular in its information systems, in connection with the Prize Draw.

Participants agree not to contest the admissibility, validity or evidential value of the above materials on the basis of any legal provision requiring certain documents to be in writing or signed by the parties in order to constitute evidence.

Accordingly, these materials constitute admissible, valid and enforceable evidence between the parties, in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as any document created, received or kept in writing.

Taking part in the Prize Draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, shorten or extend this Prize Draw, in part or in full, if circumstances so require, without having to justify this decision and without being liable for any compensation.

It is expressly agreed that these Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. However, for Participants residing outside France, local regulations may apply if they prove more favourable to them.
